What is a template?
A template is a predefined animation that can be customized using text, images and audio to meet your needs. Text can be altered or images and/or replaced. We work hard to build the most visually stunning, yet easy to customize video intros possible.
How do I change text?
Select your video intro by clicking on a thumbnail image. You will immediately be presented with our save and preview screen. The text that you see, corresponds to the text in the video. Play the video to get a sense of where and how the text is displayed, then just click in one of the text boxes below the video and enter your own text. FYI: Usually when you see capitalization in the video, you'll want to consider keeping that same convention by capitalizing your own text.
How do I remove text from my template?
Just delete the text in any of the text editing boxes, then add a space with the "Space bar". The text in that area will not show in your video rendering.
How do I change images?
Most, but not all video templates contain customizable images. You can quickly spot a design that has a customizable image by looking for the "YOUR LOGO" image in the template. Simply click the "Images" tab, then click the "Choose file" button. You will then be presented with a common explorer browser which will allow you to upload your replacement image from your computer. Be sure that your image does not exceed 18 Megabytes. Continue to customize your video or click the "SAVE AND PREVIEW" button to preview your video.
How do I change the audio?
All of our templates already contain audio. If you would like to replace the existing audio with your own audio file, simply click the Audio tab just below the video preview window. Click on the "Choose File". You will then be presented with a common explorer browser which will allow you to upload your replacement audio from your computer. Continue to customize your video or click the "SAVE AND PREVIEW" button to preview your video.
How do I change the color?
Many of our templates offer theme color options. If you would like to replace the existing them color, simply click the "Color" tab just below the video preview window to choose from the available color options. Continue to customize your video or click the "SAVE AND PREVIEW" button to preview your video.
What video resolution should I order: 720p or 1080p?
This will depend on how you intend to use your video intro... If you intend to upload your video to YouTube or to Your website or most any other place on the web, then 720p would be the most popular and useful choice. If however, you intend to use your video intro in a TV broadcast, movie production or tradeshow, 1080p would be the most popular choice.
Why is the preview quality not so good?
The preview quality has been reduced for speed optimization. Your final video upon order will be beautiful and crystal clear. Your final video WILL NOT contain watermarks.
Okay I'm ready to order, but which file format should I choose?
The most popular file format by far is .MP4. If you use a PC, a good alternate file format would be .WMV. If you use a Mac, a good alternate file format would be .MOV .
How do I pay for my intro?
When you choose the order button, you'll be presented with a PayPal button at the bottom of the order window. Paypal is the only form of payment that we accept at this time.
How will I receive my finished video intro?
Once you complete the order process, a few short minutes later, you will receive an email containing a download link. Clicking on that link will take you to a download link page. There, you'll notice a message in red that says " Your video is still being rendered". Once that message turns green, you will be presented with a download link. Use that link to download your video intro to your computer.
How long will my video be available?
Your video link and download are guaranteed for 7 Days. After the 7 days have expired, your video will no longer be available. Although this may be unpopular, it is necessary when we store many large HD videos on our servers.
What if I don't receive my video intro?
Be patient. Some of our more graphically intense videos take several minutes to render. If you still didn't receive your video intro with 45 minutes, check your spam folder. If you ultimately do not receive your video, send us an email and we will be happy to assist you.
What if I loose my video after I purchase it?
Unfortunately, once you successfully download and are in possession of your purchased video, we are no longer responsible if you should loose it through no fault of introchamp inc after your 7 day grace period.
